1. Introductory provisions

1.1. These Terms and Conditions issued in accordance with the Civil Code as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms and Conditions") regulate the contractual relationship arising between: Edukační centrum praktické anatomie s.r.o. with its registered office at Bratří Čapků 14, Brno, 602 00, Company ID No.: 04616081 on the one side (hereinafter referred to as the "Provider") and an individual on the other side (hereinafter referred to as the "Participant").

1.2. By sending the binding application form filled in at www.ecpa-cz.com, the Participant expresses his/her unconditional consent to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Subject of performance

2.1. The subject of performance is the carrying out of a professional course ordered by the participant through a binding application sent from the website www.ecpa-cz.com.

2.2. The course information published on the professional course offers section on the website www.ecpa-cz.com is binding for both parties.

2.3. Courses are held with the minimum number of participants as specified in the course description.

3. Inclusion in the course

3.1. Reservation of participation in the course is made by sending a completed binding application form and agreeing to the terms and conditions.

3.2.  The participant will only be definitely enrolled in the course after payment of the course fee (see point 4).

3.3. Inclusion in the course is determined by the date of payment and not by the date of sending the binding application form.

3.4. If the maximum course capacity is reached, additional applicants may be rejected. In this case, the full course fee will be refunded. If the minimum course capacity is not met, the course may be cancelled. In this case, the full course fee will be refunded to those already registered.

3.5. By sending the binding application form, the participant agrees to the processing and storage of personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act as amended for administrative tasks related to the implementation of the course and for the issuance of documents.

4. Payment of course fees

4.1. The price of the course is indicated in the course description of the relevant course available from the professional course offers on the website www.ecpa-cz.com

4.2. The prices for each course include a different range of services, which are detailed in the course description.

4.3. The participant is obliged to pay the course fee in full by the deadline specified in the course description, by bank transfer with a variable symbol to the account number specified in the information email that the participant receives after sending the binding application form.

5. Cancellation policy

5.1.  Cancellation of participation in a paid course is only possible in writing to the following address info@ecpa-cz.com.

5.2.  The date of cancellation shall be the date of receipt of the cancellation notice to the above email address.

5.3. Cancellations made 30 days before the start of the course are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the course price.

5.4. Cancellations made less than 30 days before the start of the course will be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of the course price. A substitute participant is accepted, whose contact details are supplied by the participant requesting cancellation of a course already paid for.

5.5. The paid course fee minus the cancellation fee will be refunded to the participant within 30 calendar days to the account number from which the course fee was paid.

6. Cancellation of a course by Edukační centrum praktické anatomie s.r.o. or a rejection of a participant

6.1. For capacity reasons and Force Majeure (unusual and unforeseeable circumstances beyond the control of the provider), the provider reserves the right to cancel the course (if the minimum capacity is not met) or reject a participant (if payment is made after the maximum capacity is met).

6.2. Participants will be informed of this fact immediately by e-mail, but no later than on the day of the start of the course.

6.3. Participants will receive a full refund of the course fee paid within 30 calendar days to the account number from which the course fee was paid.
